Colvert Duck

The duck was one of the first birds domesticated by man. Today you can find the Colvert duck breeding naturally in the northern hemisphere.

It was established in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii and in islands south of the Indian Ocean. It is recognised by its general small size and less-fatty meat. All duck recipes are suited  to Colvert duck.
