Claude and Pierre, two farming brothers from Aux-Aussat, have been our exclusive partners now, for over 25 years. Every day, Pierre and Claude work amongst their ducks with passion, in the heart of Gers.

In fact each duck from the Phalange farm is reared free-range, wandering freely amongst the corn. The ducks feed from grasses, cereals (corn, wheat and barley) plus vegetable proteins, which is an ideal diet for developing good growth.

Claude and Pierre scrupulously watch over their ducks: from the arrival of new ducklings at just one day old, they continue to respect the well-being of their animals.

They have mastered every step of the rearing process, from the fattening of the ducks to the final preparation of their products. Everything takes place on-site, with their own personal care.
