POULTRY FROM MAISON DUMAS

"THE PERIGORD NOIR, KINGDOM OF TRUFFLES AND QUALITY POULTRY..."
Located in Périgord, Thierry Dumas is a passionate poultry artisan who cares about quality ...
Established in 1951 in Aubas, a small village in the Dordogne (24), the family company "Volailles Dumas - Périgord noir" specialises in the slaughter of chickens, guinea fowl and festive poultry (capons, hens, turkeys, guinea fowl, guinea fowl, geese, Christmas rooster), from neighbouring farms and livestock farms located in the Périgord, in the Dordogne, and fed with cereals (grain corn) produced on the farm.

Its poultry, raised and fattened around the company, is subjected to a qualitative breeding and fattening method dictated by the Dumas house. These strict methods allow consumers to find exceptional, firm and juicy poultry.

Dumas' poultry comes from a hardy, slow-growing strain. They are raised for 105 days outdoors in a large, grassy pasture and feed on whole corn from the farm, which gives them tender and tasty flesh.
