Our authentic "naked neck" chicken is raised by a master Chalossais in accordance with tradition to guarantee an exceptionally high-quality product. Raised for a minimum of 91 days in free-range conditions, it primarily consumes cereals, mainly corn, and pecks at whatever it desires in the fields for its balance.
Cooking tip: "With firm, non-greasy flesh and a thin skin, our chicken takes as long to cook as it does to grow. Slowly cooked over low heat, regularly basted with its own juices."
